Utilise your mobile phone as a point of sale / cashier device.
FlexiPOS is flexible & can be used for various small/medium retail businesses, such as small restaurants, cafe, food stalls, food trucks, retail shops, convenience stores, ec.
You can set different price for a product and apply it depend on transaction type
If you need, you can have different prices, such as price differentiation for:
- dine in / take out / delivery in your restaurant.
- regular / loyal customer / special sale in your shop
You can use the Order & Payment screen to match your requirement, such as:
- For a store, you can enter a list of items purchased, then go directly to the Payment screen.
- For small restaurant, you can enter the order and store it. Payment can be made later, when the customer has asked for check.
For bills/receipts printing, you can make adjustments via the Settings menu, to fit your printer.
You can use FlexiPOS, whether offline or online
App database is stored in your phone storage. You can use the application offline, without internet connection.
When internet connection is available, this app is integrated with Google Drive™.
You can export your sales information to your Google Drive, as a Google Sheet file. The generated worksheet contains various detail & summary info of sales, cost,, tax, service charges & profit/loss. You can use it to monitor your business performance
When installed, sample product prices, transaction types and cost categories are provided, so you can test whether this app is suitable for your business needs. If it is, then please replace the data with yours.
If you already have a price list and cost categories (eg in spreadsheet format), you can import it to FlexiPOS, via the Import menu from the Price List and Cost Category screen.
To see the appropriate format:
(1) Sign in to your Google account
(2) Export Price List or Cost Category via Export screen
(3) Open the exported Google Sheet file.
(4) Adjust the list with your product and/or cost categories.
(5) Save the updated file.
(6) Import it via Import from Google Sheet menu
